If you subscribe to our emails, we also record your email address and marketing preferences.

We do not need you to provide payment card details directly to us by email. Payments are handled through the payment options offered at checkout.

Marketing emails

We use Klaviyo to manage our marketing emails. We send these emails to people who have signed up to our email list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of a marketing email or by emailing sales@cyntech.co.uk. Unsubscribing from marketing will not stop necessary messages about an order you have placed.

Cookies and website analytics

Our Shopify store uses cookies and similar technologies to make the website and checkout work, remember preferences, understand website use and support advertising. We use Google Analytics, Google Ads tracking and the Meta/Facebook Pixel.

Some technologies are necessary for the website to function. We provide choices about optional cookies and tracking through our website’s cookie controls. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings, although blocking necessary cookies may affect how the site works.

Who we share information with

We share information where needed to run our store and provide our services. This can include Shopify, payment providers such as PayPal and Klarna, our email provider Klaviyo, and delivery providers including Royal Mail, APC and DHL. Website analytics and advertising providers may also process information when their tools are used. We do not sell our email subscriber list.
